Ross joined the club in the summer of 2014. Ross is the current club captain having taken over captaincy during the 2015/16 season. Ross is famed for his assists, wearing his beloved Crystal Palace shirt during training and his pre-match hair ritual. Ross scored a freekick during the clubs 2-2 draw against Proud Valiants at The Valley in May 2016. Ross’ first success as skipper was leading the team to victory in the Brighton Tournament in July 2016.
